Doubleview Subdivision works

This project started with the removal of trees and vegetation to front and rear lots, then the demolition of existing workshop, mechanics pit, and garage on side of house. The sewer lines were moved to side boundary and additional I.S. shaft provided as per requirements. Underground power run-in provided to both lots and overhead power lines removed. New boundaries were surveyed, with new retaining and fencing installed inside pegged lots.  The rear lot was left raked, free of rubbish and trees, ready for council inspection. Clean fill was used to build up driveway and lawn area to front lot. A paved porch, hardstand, driveway and x over, provides exclusive access to front lot. Landscaping and exterior painting finished off the project, giving the existing home refreshed street appeal. Once all works were complete, the project was inspected by local government and unconditional approval provided for our clients.   

Karrinyup Subdivision works

This project started with the removal of trees and vegetation to front and rear lots, then the demolition of existing retaining walls, paving and carport on side of house. Existing house eaves overhanging proposed common drive were cut back to aligned with brickwork and cladded to finish off ready for painting. The sewer lines were moved to front boundary and additional I.S. shaft provided as per requirements. Underground power run-in provided to both lots and overhead power lines removed. New boundaries were surveyed, with new retaining and fencing installed inside pegged lots.  The rear lot was left raked, free of rubbish and trees, ready for council inspection. Clean fill was used to build up driveway and lawn area to front lot. A paved hardstand, driveway and x over, provides exclusive access to front lot. Limestone walls were constructed along the common drive way boundary and entertaining area, finished off with composite decking boards and glass balustrades. Landscaping, exterior painting and aluminium slatted fencing finished off the project, giving the existing home refreshed street appeal. Once all works were complete, the project was inspected by local government and unconditional approval provided for our clients.

We sought out Adam to do an extensive renovation of our 1950's house and from start to finish he worked with us to get a great result. Adam worked with us through the design phase as well as the renovation/extension of our home and at each point him and his team were a pleasure to work with, maintained a great attention to detail and made sure we were happy with the work being done. Just finished a great experience with Adam and his team. The renovations all started at the start of the Covid uncertainty but Adam handled it all very well and in his stride. Adam has a great set of professional tradies working with him which is great. Due to Covid, we ended up having to live in the house for most of the work but the team were all very professional and respectful. In the end, great job so thanks Adam!

Adam did a major renovation for us in late 2018 with fantastic results. We weren't living in WA at the time however this wasn't a problem as Adam's communication was excellent with regular photos, emails and phone calls. Adam's quality standards are very high and he also has a keen eye for detail. Where items weren't quite right, he had them redone until they were perfect. We ended up with an amazing result and couldn't be happier. We'd absolutely use Adam again and recommend him to family, friends and anyone that was looking for a great builder in WA.

Thanks to Adam and team for the wonderful job. A difficult kitchen renovation removing an old kitchen with bulkhead/flute to a new modern kitchen. Everything ran smoothly and on time. Quality of work was over and above. Thank you for taking the time to answer all my questions and your professional knowledge with renovating.
