New boundaries were surveyed, with new retaining and fencing installed inside pegged lots. The rear lot was left raked, free of rubbish and trees, ready for council inspection. Clean fill was used to build up driveway and lawn area to front lot. A paved porch, hardstand, driveway and x over, provides exclusive access to front lot.
