Our clients wanted a sleek, modern kitchen to integrate into their 80s-built home, maximising on storage without compromising on space.
Downsizing to this home, they wanted areas to be modernised (ensuite and guest bathroom / laundry) with open plan living and entertaining space.

Our work on this project included:
• Removal of the dividing walls in the living areas
• Demolishing the existing kitchen, bathrooms and laundry
• Relocation of plumbing and electrical services
• Structural modification of the roof and installation of level beams
• Interior design consultation for layout design and selections
• Creating a new fixed window for the splashback
• Installation of Blackbutt timber flooring
• Providing and installing custom cabinetry, stone benchtops and vinyl wrapped doors

Our clients were initially unsure of which way to go with regard to layout and selections. The expertise of our professional Interior Designer helped provide them with an understanding of how the new area will look and function and gave them clarity on what would suit them the best, present a modern luxury finish and work within their budget.

To ensure we were within budget, we worked closely with our clients. There were specific elements they handled themselves such as painting, some labouring and purchasing of some fixtures.

We provided them with a clear timeline of tasks to be completed for our following trades and to ensure the project ran smoothly.

The kitchen renovation has breathed new life into the house and has given it a fresh and relaxed feel. Knocking down the walls to create an open-plan kitchen and maximising on bench and storage space has resulted in an inviting and natural flow of the home.
It has completely modernised their home and the use of a clean, white colour palette for bench tops and cabinetry is beautifully complemented by the natural flooring.

The addition of a large window allows for more natural light into the home which adds to the appeal of this area.
In the bathroom, we installed luxurious walk-in showers and removed the brick hob hazard for greater access and mobility.
If required, grab rails and adaptable living accessories can easily be fitted.

Adam and his team made this renovation a breeze for us. He worked really hard to keep costs down for us, however we had a limited budget, so we made the decision to handle some of the work ourselves.

The whole process was seamless, thanks to Adams approach and his communicative style.

The difference he has made is dramatic and we love the open flow of our home. It’s exactly what we had hoped for.
